If you have received the wrong product, you should immediately send your complaint via email at firstname.lastname@example.org by mentioning the Order Number and the reason “Wrong product delivered” in the subject line. It would be better if you attach photos of the product delivered. Our customer support representative will respond to your complaint through a phone call for confirmation. After the confirmation, we will send the correct order to you through our courier partner and pick up the wrong ones.
Note: No shipment charges to be borne by the customer in such case.
