If the external packaging of the delivered parcel is visibly damaged:
You may ask the courier to wait until you check the product thoroughly before making payment. If the products are in good condition then you should take the delivery and make payment. You have the right to return the product right away to the courier if the packaging of the product or product itself is damaged. You may cancel the order by mentioning the reason and initiate your complaint via email to email@example.com. Please take pictures of the damaged parcel as supporting evidence for the replacement.
If the product is found damaged after the courier left:
You should file a complaint within 24 hours of the delivery via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
For a return/refund request, please attach pictures of the damaged packaging and product as a supporting evidence. After review of your complaint, your order will be replaced with a new one or your amount will be refunded through an online transaction into your bank account.
